Business Solution Manager - Property
Are you interested in driving the work to help Coor get the most out of our main IT solution, Maximo, supporting Coor’s property business? In that case it should interest you that we are now hiring a Business Solution Manager – Property’ to Coor.
Your responsibility will be to understand and validate business needs as well as to build the roadmap in line with identified needs. You will also coordinate the two existing Maximo user communities and continuously develop these users. Another central part of your role is to spread ‘best practice’ and promote harmonization in ways of working. You will contribute with a true business perspective to the Maximo maintenance organization, where you will be working with specialists, and together with them drive and coordinate the maintenance, development and usage of Maximo.
We are looking for a candidate with a genuine interest in processes and process optimization, and with the capability to understand business requirements and how these could be fulfilled. As coordination and development of two user communities are central aspects of this role we believe that you are truly service minded and that you are passionate about helping and developing others. To succeed in this role you are a person with a ‘doer’ mentality and a good ability to prioritize. You are located close to one of our main offices in Sweden (Kista), Denmark (Herlev) or Norway (Lysaker). Since you will be working in all four Nordic countries where Coor has presence you see traveling as an integral part of building your professional network and to carry out the work in this role. Furthermore, although you will have access to specialists when needed, we want you to be acquainted with or knowledgeable in Maximo to be able to take part in discussions related to the system.
